I purchased The Eastwood House in Fayetteville as flip house at the end of 2022. It went under a complete renovation from new roof to correcting the foundation damage. We completely gutted the inside of the home except for the floors. They were beautiful red oak and just needed a little refinishing. If you aren’t familiar with Bona floor products you should be. They allowed us to pull out some of the red and pink undertones that come with red oak flooring naturally, creating this beautiful finish. This was definitely a bigger project taking around 6 months to complete and was on the market for sale for 2 months before selling.
