The College House! This home was purchased along with an additional lot and structure as an investment property. Both the house and the Duplex were questionable to say the least. However we decided financially it was best to tear down the duplex get a lot split and renovate the house. Really wish we had of kept the lot, but sometimes you have to make decision based on your current situations not long term goals!

We brought an Architect on board almost immediatly to help maximize this tiny home of 1100 sqft. What a great decision that was. He design a beautiful and functional home for anyone who stays. The furniture and all interior decisions I made with Airbnb in mind. Currently this home is available in downtown Fayetteville as an Airbnb!
